Ice Cream-the fat free way!

We made ice cream play dough!  It looked so realistic!  We had added cocoa, vanilla flavouring and the appropriate food colouring to make it look even more authentic. The students had a wonderful time on the first day, molding it into cones and scoops, and adding cherries and chunks (pom poms and beads).  On the second day, they got to decorate their creations with sprinkles (coloured rice).  If you are looking for a way to keep your young ones busy this summer, we have included the recipe.

The recipe is simple, 3/4 cup of hair conditioner (inexpensive, unscented if possible) and 1 and 1/2 cups of corn starch.  Mix and add flavouring and colour.  Have fun!
